How to Build a Crate End Table

Gather up the materials and follow the illustrations and instructions below to build this crate end table.
Wooden Crate End Table Materials
- Medium-size crate
- 13-1/2 in. x 9-1/2 in. x 3/4 in. board
- Floor flanges (4)
- 10-in. steel pipes (4)
- Elbows (4)
- 3-in. steel pipes (2)
- 2-in. wood screws
- 3/4-in. wood screws
Gather up the materials and follow the illustrations and instructions below to build this crate end table.

Lay Out Parts

Arrange the pipes and fittings as shown.
Build Table Legs
Screw the pieces together tightly to form two end table legs.
Beef Up Side of Crate
Place the crate on its side as shown.
Attach the board to the side of the crate using 2-in. wood screws.
Assemble End Table
Attach the legs to the board using 3/4-in. wood screws.
Stand the end table upright. Finish the crate with paint or wood finish, or leave it as is for an even more rustic look. That’s it, you’re done!
